The KAVAN 40/80C LiPo Battery Series delivers exceptional power, reliability, and long service life for demanding RC applications. This 4S1P 14.8V 1300mAh battery features a 40C continuous and 80C burst discharge rating, making it ideal for fixed-wing aircraft, 3D aerobatic models, EDF jets, and helicopters. Its high current capability ensures maximum motor performance while maintaining outstanding long-term durability.
The battery supports 1–2C charging, with a maximum recommended charging rate of 2C. For optimal performance and longevity, always use a balance charger and connect the JST-XH balance connector during every charge cycle. Initial break-in cycling is not required; however, if you intend to charge above 1C, KAVAN recommends limiting the first three charge cycles to 1C.
There is no need to fully discharge the battery before recharging. For example, it can safely be recharged when approximately 50% of its capacity remains.
Supplied in Air Pack configuration, this battery is specifically designed for RC airplanes and helicopters. It features high-quality silicone power leads sized for the expected current load (without connectors) and a standard JST-XH balance connector, compatible with many popular chargers including KAVAN, RAYTRONIC, SkyRC, GT Power, and others without requiring an adapter.
